Scholarship Application

The Mark Morley Memorial Sailing Scholarship, with funding provided by Gougeon Brothers Inc., will pay the lesson registration fees for Youth Introduction to Sailing I and II, Intermediate Youth, and Advanced Youth sailing lessons. The student must be 8 years old at the time of the lesson, they must be able to swim with the aid of a lifejacket, and they must be physically capable of righting a capsized boat.

Instructions:

  1. Fill out the scholarship application form below.
  2. If your application for a scholarship is approved, you will be asked to submit a lesson registration form along with a $10 deposit. Scholarships are subject to the availability of funding and space in the desired class session.
  3. Upon the successful completion of the sailing lesson, the $10 deposit will be refunded.

    Statement of Need
